This is a really true blue – I’d call it a Royal Blue.
The transparent beads are Moretti 054 Transparent Medium Blue, the lighter opaque beads are Moretti 224 Pastel Light Sky Blue, and the darker opaque beads that are almost turquoise are Moretti 228 Pastel Dark Sky Blue. The darkest blue beads in this pic are Moretti 240 Pastel Light Cobalt.
