Today I have a couple of buttons that reminded me of the kind of mushrooms you’d see in the woods in a fairy tale. They don’t look anything like real mushrooms but something about the speckling is very woodsy, I don’t know! I was never good at it, because it is really hard. However, I feel like I have had a breakthrough, and suddenly I am making wonderful buttons! I don’t [...] Staring to get the hang of it! They are actually really fun to make. The colour forum is going great. Lots of people have joined and are contributing, which makes me super excited about it as a project overall. So far I’ve added all the Effetre/Moretti colours, the CiM and DH colours, Bullseye’s colours, the [...] More buttons. The shape is getting a bit better, but the holes are still a bit too rough. The orangey colour is vetrofond odd lot orange punch… the dark colour is CiM simply berry but it isn’t showing up especially well. I think it’s quite a dark transparent purple and might look better overtop [...] |
