I recently ordered some CiM Mermaid – an opaque teal. Now, I am really big on mermaids, from when I was little and I used to watch the Disney movie “A Little Mermaid” about 10x per day. Now as an adult I still love mermaids. I think I even like to believe that they are real, at least some part of me does! So when I saw a glass colour from Creation is Messy with that name, I had to get some – luckily, it turned out to be a gorgeous shade of teal that was great to work with. I found it pitted a lot less than similar colours in the 104 line, for a very smooth finish.
What resulted were several sets that I created using CiM Mermaid, Moretti 022 Transparent Medium Grass Green, Moretti 090 Seaweed, and Moretti 264 Pastel Ivory, with silvered ivory stringer. I called them all “Mermaid’s Jewels” and all the sets go together, it is really one huge set 
But I broke it up on Etsy. There are bumpy beads, spacers, polka dots, tabs… I just loved this colour combo so much I couldn’t stop.
